Learn to meditate

Everyone wants to have happiness and be free from dissatisfaction and unhappy states of mind. True happiness is only found in our mind and does not come from outside circumstances.

Learn to meditate. This will give you insight into the mind and provide you with tools to develop a more balanced and peaceful way of being.

In the workshops, you will get an introduction to the different types of classical meditation, and practice and learn how to incorporate mindfulness into daily life.

Meditation Therapy courses

These workshops are equally appropriate for beginners and those with some background knowledge. To study meditation and mindfulness is to study about yourself. The emphasis of the workshops is on practical application and experiential knowledge.

Meditation & Mindfulness workshop Level I

  • This is a 4 session workshop. Each session is for 1.15 hours.

  • The sessions are twice a week and for 2 weeks - Monday & Thursday OR Tuesday & Friday OR Saturday & Sunday.

  • This is not a drop-in class. Please register for the complete workshop.

    Meditation & Mindfulness workshop Level II

  • This is a 4 session workshop. Each session is for 1.15 hours.

  • The sessions are twice a week and for 2 weeks - Monday & Thursday OR Tuesday & Friday OR Saturday & Sunday.

  • After taking level I and at least a month off to practice and reflect, you can enroll for Level II and explore new topics.

  • This is not a drop-in class. Please register for the complete workshop.

    Meditation & Mindfulness workshop Level III

  • This is an advanced level one on one workshop.

  • This is not a drop-in class. Please register for the complete workshop.
