Meditation & Mindfulness Workshop level 1

Man likes to believe that he is the master of his soul. But as long as he is unable to control his moods and emotions, or be aware of the many unconscious ways in which the soul plays into his decisions and arrangements, he is certainly not his own master. CG Jung

Learn to meditate.

This will give you insight into the mind itself and provide you with tools to develop a more balanced and peaceful way of being.

This workshop teaches meditation skills to use in daily life to promote overall well being and contentment. The focus is on stronger sense of self which is a base for our contentment. How we feel about ourselves affects everything. It is wise to give it time and patience, and to assess where we are before moving to the Level II of the Course.

    Workshop Preparation
  • There is a wellness self-evaluation form before starting and at the end of the workshop. This is to ensure mental health and fitness for the workshop. It is also to have a clear and measurable starting point and an end-point to understand the effects of the practices (It is comparable to knowing your weight and fitness goals before starting a physical exercise program.)

  • Please email the completed workshop forms at least 1 day before the start of the workshop. Please bring a journal and something to write with, to the workshop.

  • We will track and measure wellness & well-being levels as we go along.
