Meditation & Mindfulness workshop
This class is especially good for you if you're feeling stressed, low, anxious or overwhelmed. It relieves stress levels and helps with better sleep, anxiety and burn-out. Meditation can be very effective in helping people recover from various types of addiction. An Harvard Research study in 2015 showed how an 8 weeks meditation course changes the brain.
Details :The workshop is 3 times per week - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. It is a 1 hour class.
The complete workshop is for 8 weeks. It includes part I & II. It is for total 24 sessions.
It is recommended to do the 2 month comprehensive workshop if you have been having anxiety, burn out or depression for some time.
Please email the completed workshop forms at least 2 days before the start of the workshop.
Complete workshop without gapCompleting the 1 month workshop, without a gap, is likely to make you feel better. There is a detailed Wellbeing & Health questionnaire for assessment at the beginning and end of the meditation therapy.
