Meditation & Mindfulness workshop

This class is especially good for you if you're feeling stressed, low, anxious or overwhelmed. It relieves stress levels and helps with better sleep, anxiety and burn-out. Meditation can be very effective in helping people recover from various types of addiction. (8 weeks meditation course changes the brain - Harvard Research study, 2015).

Details :
  • The workshop is 3 times per week - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. It is a 1 hour class.

  • The complete workshop is for 2 months or 8 weeks. It includes part I & II. It is for total 24 sessions.

  • It is recommended to do the 2 month comprehensive workshop if you have been having anxiety, burn out or depression for some time.

  • Please email the completed workshop forms at least 1 day before the start of the workshop.

    Complete workshop without gap 

    Completing the 1 month workshop, without a gap, is going to make you feel better. If it does not work for you, we are happy to refund your full amount.
