Learn to meditate

Everyone wants to have happiness and be free from dissatisfaction and unhappy states of mind. True happiness is only found in our mind and does not come from outside circumstances.

Learn to meditate. This will give you insight into the mind and provide you with tools to develop a more balanced and peaceful way of being.

In the workshop, you will get an introduction to the different types of classical meditation, and practice and learn how to incorporate mindfulness into daily life.

Meditation Therapy

Introduction to Meditation Therapy : This workshop is equally appropriate for beginners and those with some background knowledge. To study meditation and mindfulness is to study about yourself. The emphasis of the workshop is on practical application and experiential knowledge.

  • Meditation & Mindfulness workshop Level I

    • This is a 4 session workshop. Each session is for 1.15 hours.

    • The sessions are on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The free day in between is for practicing and observing.

    • There is a wellness self-evaluation form before starting and at the end of the workshop. This is to ensure mental health and fitness for the workshop. It is also to have a clear and measurable starting point and an end-point to understand the effects of the practices (It is comparable to knowing your weight and fitness goals before starting a physical exercise program.)

    • This is not a drop-in class. Please register for the complete workshop.

  • Meditation & Mindfulness workshop Level II

    It is beneficial to take at least a month off to practice and reflect before going for Level II.

    The format of level II workshop is same as level I.

  • Meditation & Mindfulness workshop Level III

    This is an advanced level one on one workshop.
