Meditation & Mindfulness workshop
A way to feel lighter, calmer and happier
A private one on one workshop, including meditation and personalized mind exercises to increase your wellbeing level. A series of neuroscience and research based exercise to increase contentment and happiness. Practicing contentment and mindfulness so it becomes an inherent part of our nature.
This workshop includes
learning to meditate, Recall and Vipassana (breath) meditation. (For memory, clarity and calmness)
Mind asanas (exercises) on gratitude and self awareness. (For increasing emotional strength and a stronger sense of self)
Will track and measure well-being & happiness levels as we go along
Recommended (for people feeling stressed, down or low, struggling with mild depression, feeling overwhelmed or burn out)
For stress relief, chronic pain, good sleep, anxiety, depression or anger.
Complete workshop without gap :
Completing the workshop, without a gap, is going to make you feel better. If it does not work for you, we are happy to refund your full amount.
Starting every week, and 3 times per week - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. (1 hour class)
