Feel Good Meditation Class (all levels)
Learn to meditate.
This will give you insight into the mind itself and provide you with tools to develop a more balanced and peaceful way of being.
Join us for a Meditation class focused on helping you to feel better in your body and mind.
The class will include:
Recall Meditation for memory and clarity
Breadth Meditation for clarity and to help calm the mind
Pranayama (breathing or light stretching exercises), Yoga Nidra for relaxation
This class is especially good for you if you're feeling stressed, low/down, anxious or overwhelmed.
