Feel Good Meditation Class (all levels)

Learn to meditate. 

This will give you insight into the mind itself and provide you with tools to develop a more balanced and peaceful way of being.

Join us for a Meditation class focused on helping you to feel better in your body and mind. 
The class will include:

  • Recall Meditation for memory and clarity

  • Breadth Meditation for clarity and to help calm the mind

  • Pranayama (breathing or light stretching exercises), Yoga Nidra for relaxation

This class is especially good for you if you're feeling stressed, low/down, anxious or overwhelmed.
